What is the current state of the game?

It is a very early Alpha stage with a first pass of the core loop including racing, upgrading, and online play against other real players. Features will evolve and new features will be added in subsequent updates as we continue development. Lastly, while we always strive for quality, access to a game this early means you might encounter bugs or issues we are actively working on.

How often will you be updating the game?

Monthly updates are a decent approximation though it is not 100% set in stone. Final update cadence depends on our internal development schedules and balancing of priorities.

Will the price of the game change when it moves out of Early Access?

No it will be a free to play game but we will have additional in-game purchases available in the final version.

Why don’t I see my favorite car?

This Early Access version of the game has a limited number of manufacturers and models, but rest assured we are adding more to the list all the time and we will provide a wide selection of the most aspirational cars by the time the game launches.

Why do I see test features?

There are some development features we have intentionally left in the game such as the ability to award yourself a set amount of in-game currency once a day and the ability to view development logs. These types of features aid in development and feedback but will be removed in the final game.

Can I look over at my opponent while I am racing?

Yes! Just press the "ALT" if you are on a PC or the "Option" button if you are on a Mac

Will my progress be saved during updates?

Progress is saved throughout Alpha, however overall progression will get cleared periodically at big junctions like moving from Alpha to Beta and perhaps when we add big new features. Of course the final game will handle save files elegantly to ensure future development does not disrupt progress.

What areas will change the most in the near term?

Speed Lab and parts are undergoing extensive work at the moment. We are working with real life manufacturers to get more recognizable brands and products represented in the game. And we are working hard on the performance and tuning aspect to ensure tuning choices are represented accurately in-game.

Can I provide feedback and bug reports?

Yes, you can email [email protected] to let us know about any issues you encounter
