Do I earn rewards when I win?

Absolutely! The Top 10 scores on each leaderboard receive payouts based on a weighted percentage of the total vault balance when it resets. The reset intervals can be customized to occur every hour, day, week, or month, offering our clients the flexibility they need when managing their games for their community.

Are there age restrictions?

Our games are open to all players. However, if you want to play to earn, you will be required to accept an End User License Agreement (EULA) confirming that you are aged 21 or above to play. This precaution is in place because our games offer the potential to earn money, if you have the skills.

How much does it cost to play?

The cost per play (3 lives) is $3 worth of BNB tokens, which is securely stored in the vault prior to the start of your game. Initially, this fee is exempt from taxation and is directly deposited into the Vault. However, it becomes subject to taxation when the vault resets and payouts are distributed to the top 10 scores on the leaderboard at the time of reset.

How are funds in the vault split up?

When a leaderboard resets, the corresponding vault also resets. This initiates the division of the total vault currency, which is then distributed among the Partner Level Owner, Game Developer, Backend Operations, Charity & the Top 10 Winners on each leaderboard.

Are the games singleplayer or multiplayer?

Currently, we are single player with a social aspect. Our community matches begin soon, so start practicing your pinball. Currently, our games are designed for single-player experiences but incorporate a social aspect. The launch of our community matches is just around the corner, so it's a great time to hone your pinball skills. Our inaugural multiplayer game, MURK, has been developed in collaboration with USDTree.

Do you sell my data?

NEVER. We do not collect user data for monetary gain, nor will we ever.

What utility does this bring to CryptoBall?

Integrating blockchains with low gas fees (some gas fees are paid for by the developer, PlayFi) allows gamers to use their skills and actually earn real money they can cash out to use in their daily lives. Have skills? Earn money!

Does this product require me to connect an external wallet? What wallets does this product support?

No, you can let our system generate a wallet for you to use and have your rewards distributed to. Or, you can connect a personal wallet you have already created and use that. We support all the major wallets and use the WalletConnect API for all wallet transactions in-game.

Can I use the product without interacting or engaging with blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency?

Yes! We have a free-to-play mode as well, so you can practice playing for free and get those pinball skills up. If you play for free, you are not eligible for rewards, though.

Does this product have a marketplace? What can I do with the things that I earn (or purchase)?

Not currently, but you will be able to mint items in-game that can increase your score multiplier and give you a uniquely visual upgrade in-game as well.

How is blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency used in this product?

Once connected, you are able to use your account created to play pinball and try to get your score on the Top 10 of the leaderboards. If you do, you earn a % of the game vault where funds used to play the game are divied out to the winners!

What chain does this product use? Is the chain proof-of-work or proof-of-stake?

We are able to connect to any EVM blockchain. Currently, we are only utilizing Binance Smart Chain, but we will support Solana, zkEVM, Optimism, Matic and many other low gas chains. Binance Smart Chain is proof-of-stake.

What is included in Early Access?

You are able to play our first level, which is set up to work on the BSC chain, or you can play for free off-chain. More levels to be added!

How often will you be updating the game?

Monthly game updates and level additions.

Will my progress be saved during updates?

Yes, your scoring data is saved outside of the game using PlayFab, so it is secure and will not be lost.

Will the price change when the game leaves Early Access?

No. Our game is free to play, but if you want to earn crypto, you must pay to play. You currently have the choice to pay to play or play for free (score not saved to leaderboards).
