# RobotzZz — Legal Information (Epic Games Store) --- ## End User License Agreement (EULA) By purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using RobotzZz ("the Game"), you agree to the following terms: ### 1. License Grant You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement and the Epic Games Store End User License Agreement. ### 2. Restrictions You may not: - Copy, distribute, or make the Game available over a network where it could be used by multiple users simultaneously unless authorized - Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Game - Create derivative works based on the Game - Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Game - Use the Game for any commercial purpose without prior written consent ### 3. Ownership The Game, including all content, visual assets, audio, code, and design, is the intellectual property of the developer. This license does not transfer any ownership rights. ### 4. User-Generated Content The Game may support user-created level configurations (JSON files). You retain ownership of content you create. By sharing user-generated content through any in-game or platform feature, you grant other players a non-exclusive license to use that content within the Game. ### 5. Online Features The Game may include online features such as leaderboards. Use of online features is subject to the Epic Games Store terms of service. We reserve the right to moderate or remove leaderboard entries at our discretion. ### 6. Termination This license is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Game in your possession. ### 7. Disclaimer of Warranties The Game is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. ### 8. Limitation of Liability In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Game. ### 9. Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. --- ## Privacy Policy ### Information We Collect RobotzZz collects minimal data necessary for game functionality: - **Gameplay Data**: High scores, level progress, unlocked items, and gameplay statistics stored locally on your device - **Leaderboard Data**: If you participate in online leaderboards, your display name and scores are submitted to the leaderboard service - **No Personal Information**: We do not collect names, email addresses, payment information, or other personally identifiable information beyond what is provided through the Epic Games Store platform ### How We Use Your Data - Gameplay data is stored locally to save your progress - Leaderboard data is used solely to display rankings to all players - We do not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties ### Data Storage - Local save data is stored on your device in the game's save directory - Leaderboard data is stored on secure servers provided by the platform services - You may delete your local save data at any time by removing the game's save files ### Third-Party Services RobotzZz uses Epic Online Services for leaderboard functionality. Your use of these services is subject to Epic Games' Privacy Policy (https://www.epicgames.com/privacypolicy). ### Children's Privacy RobotzZz does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The game does not require account creation beyond the Epic Games Store account. ### Changes to This Policy We may update this privacy policy from time to time.
