There will only be 2 types of in-app purchases for the moment: 1) Battle Pass; 2) Alpha Coins. Alpha Coins can be used to buy all the resources in the Game, but it is not necessary for you to be competitive in the game.

Yes, Generic shards are used for boosting hero power, but we have compensate policies for players who are not willing to pay.
