Where can I download the game?
PHAGEBORN: Online Card Game is available now on Epic for free.
Can I have the same account across both Steam and Epic versions i.e. cross-save?
Unfortunately account information is not shared across both Steam and Epic therefore each account would be independent from one another i.e. have its own progression. You can however crossplay matches with other users on either Steam/Epic.
Does the game have crossplay between Steam and Epic?
Yes the game supports crossplay between Steam and Epic.

Is the game free to play?
Yes the game is currently free to play on Epic for free. Early adopters who supported the previously paid version will receive perks for supporting the game. There will be in-game purchases available, cosmetic mostly, and they are not necessary to enjoy the game; everything else can be unlocked in-game!

How old should I be to play the game?
We welcome everyone to come and experience PHAGEBORN: Online Card Game! However, if you are not of legal age, please seek parental permission before making any in-game purchases.

How do I find my system requirements?
To view your systems specification press the Windows key and type: "system info" and hit Enter or select the top “System Information” search result.
In some cases we may ask you to provide a “DxDiag” - to access and download this press the Windows key and type: "dxdiag" and hit Enter then select the “Save All Information” button to download a file which contains a lot of useful information about your system which can help the developers narrow down a problem quicker.
Where are my match replays stored?
You can save a replay of the current match at the result screen. Should you skip this step, you can view a replay of the last match you played by heading to the match history section and renaming the last match replay to save it. Once a new match is started the last autosaved replay will be overwritten.
If you wish to access all your previously saved match replays these are stored within your files and can be found in location: C:\Users\${username}\AppData\LocalLow\Games Revolted\Phageborn\replays
What are the languages supported?
PHAGEBORN: Online Card Game is currently available in English only, but we may look into localizing into other languages in the future.
I have a bug/question/complaint/feedback, how do I contact the team?
You can send us your feedback in our Discord channel in the #bugs-issues-support. You can also submit a ticket via Zoho.
For bugs we will usually request you to provide your Epic ID to allow us to investigate the issue thoroughly. To get your Epic ID, simply click on your profile name in the top right hand corner within the Epic software app, then navigate to Account Details/ Account respectively (selecting this option on Epic will open up a webpage with your account details).
The game keeps freezing after I launch and watch/skip the opening cutscene, why is this happening?
This likely means your account has remained inactive for an extended period of time and which can result in data corruption issues as the game continues to evolve over time. To resolve simply submit a ticket via Zoho, sharing your Epic ID and a description of your issue.
To get your Epic ID, simply click on your profile name in the top right hand corner within the Steam/Epic software app, then navigate to Account Details/ Account respectively (selecting this option on Epic will open up a webpage with your account details).
How much storage space do I need to download the game?
Between 5.5GB to 6GB
My game is stuck on a loading screen, what do I do?
Please force-close the game, clear both the cache and data before relaunching the game. If the issue persists, drop us a message on our Discord channel.
Does the game have In App Purchases?
Yes currently in PHAGEBORN you are able to purchase Fatestones, the premium currency in the game used to buy items in the Merchant Shop.
A “+” symbol can be seen alongside your Fatestone balance in the top right corner of the screen while you are on any of the main menus. Payment is facilitated though the platform on which you purchased the game.
Important to note it is not necessary to purchase Fatestones in order to play and experience PHAGEBORN.
I bought something but the item was not unlocked for me, what do I do?

What are the currencies in game?
There are different currencies used to unlock content in the game.
- Progress points (PP): Used to unlock the cards in the Seal Tree
- Avatar Souls (cyan orb): Currency used to unlock Avatars
- Phagetokens(black/gold circle): Currency used in the Event Pass shop
- Brightstones (silver square): Used to unlock foiler cards (alternate styles) of cards you have in your collection
- Fatestones (purple crystal): Premium currency used to purchase items in the shop
How do I obtain more currencies?
You can obtain most currencies by simply playing the game!
For instance the more matches you complete the more Progress Points and Avatar Souls you will accumulate.
Similarly, Phagetokens can be obtained by clearing specific quests seen in the Event Pass (note: you will only be able to claim VIP rewards if you have purchased the Event Pass.)
Brightstones and Fatestones will be purchasable with real world money by selecting the “+” symbol which can be seen on the home screen, on the top right.
I've cleared the quest but did not receive the rewards
Check that the quest has been highlighted as cleared from your daily objectives quest list or list of Event Pass Quests.
If the quest has been cleared and you still face this issue please get in touch a submitting a ticket or contact us via any channel (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Discord) with your in-game username and player ID (found by tapping on your Profile icon).
Why Early Access?
We have been working hard to make sure that PHAGEBORN: Online Card Game is not just a fantastic tactical game, but so it also has the qualities that players love and the depth that they will want to keep playing on and on.
We need to flesh out some new systems to see how they work in real play. We also have plans to introduce an Event Pass with both free and VIP elements that we aim to introduce and test over the next few months. Note: we will never sell cards.
We are excited to see how our existing fans, as well as new players, react to how far we have come with this new build and help guide us through the finishing touches in Early Access.
Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?
We aim to come out of early access as soon as possible, targeting early 2023.
How is the full version planned to differ from the Early Access version?
The Early Access version of the game has:
- Playing Modes: 1v1, Vs AI playing modes
- Dual Lane Battlegrounds: Making placement as important as which card you use
- Avatars: Entities which add further tactical depth through Leadership, Energy, or Overcharge
- 4 Factions: Each offering a different narrative and style of play
- Seal Tree Progression: Allowing players to unlock all of the cards without having to buy them
The full version will introduce additional factions, more narrative, and additional features e.g. 2v2 play. We will also be introducing regular themed Events which have missions for all users for free as well as bonus options for those with a paid VIP Pass during the Early Access period – but this will not be active initially.
Please note the Early Access version may include some content which is being tested for later inclusion in upcoming themed Events.
What is the current state of the Early Access version?
The game is not yet fully featured and is still being developed.
Please note that players who purchased the Founder's Pass will receive all of their rewards (including 12 months premium VIP Event Pass) from the full launch of the game.
Will the game be priced differently during and after Early Access?
The game will be free to play with a premium VIP Event Pass as well as cosmetic and progression boosters.
Please note: Boosters do not affect in-game balance.
