现在可以在监狱的各个区域 (或建筑) 间转移囚犯。将囚犯转移至低戒护区的条件由你全权决定。

特殊权利：

你可以为不同的戒护区分配特权，增加囚犯争取转移的动力。高戒护区的囚犯会看到低戒护区所拥有的特权。

房间分级：

你现在可以将其他房间 (例如院子、教室、公共休息室和一座新体育馆) 分成不同等级。

自定义戒护区：

建立具有自定义戒护区的区域，让区域可容纳不同戒护层级的囚犯。

全新行动与扩充功能：

你可以对不同戒护区发起行动，例如彻底搜查、地道搜索和封锁监狱。
