擔任本次作品總監、製作人的是高橋宏典。此外，渡邊哲也是本次的共同總監。主動畫師由福山敦子擔任。場景美術設計師由草場美智子擔任。音效設計師則是由花岡拓也擔任。

故事情節
「…這裡究竟是！？」
　一回神來，您已經置身於未知的宅邸內。

　雖然想從椅子上起身，卻無法動彈。環顧身體，才發現全身已經被約束帶牢牢禁錮。遭綑綁住的手腕也無法自由動作。而且似乎是坐在一台輪椅上。

　此時，視線一隅可隱約看到人影。

「！？」

　眼前站著一名少女。以冷漠的眼神凝視著您。

Last Labyrinth does some amazing things with VR. The way it tells a story through themes of death had me eager to press on through this nightmare of a game. Instructing Katia came naturally, but I do wish I could understand her thoughts about some of the later puzzles.

Last Labyrinth might tickle your morbid curiosity through its mysterious atmosphere and deadly puzzles, but with Katia's slow speed and hit and miss puzzles, the game quickly loses steam.
