在瘋狂博士的訓練室中奮力求生，並結合 4 到 16 種瘋狂的修正規則嘗試自行改造，進而獲得更多獎勵。在每個關卡的結尾，對抗訓練所中經過嚴酷訓練的強大 Challenger。他們裝備有包含裝甲、武器以及植入物在內的 30 種全新獨特配件，玩家可以將這些配件占為己有！
