Alan Wake 2 expands with Night Springs

Night Springs, developer Remedy Entertainment’s Alan Wake 2 expansion, made its debut at Summer Game Fest 2024—and it’s available right now!

Alan Wake 2 arrived in 2023, 13 years after developer Remedy Entertainment’s first entry in the horror franchise. It follows both Saga Anderson as she investigates ritualistic murders in a small town and the eponymous Alan Wake, lost in the Dark Place and trying to write his way out. But the Night Springs expansion expands the story with three episodes, each with its own main character.

Check out our Night Springs cover story for more details on what to expect from the new three-mission expansion. And if you’re just getting started in Alan Wake 2, check out our guide to surviving Alan Wake 2’s horrors and the best weapons and Words of Power upgrades.

The entire story, from Alan Wake Remastered to Alan Wake 2, is available in the Epic Games Store.
