Den-Den: Tokyo Horror is a J-horror RPG where every choice carries the weight of human lives.

Japan’s birthrate has collapsed. The elderly now outnumber the young three to one, and Tokyo is dying. A brutal geopolitical blockade has cut off food, medicine, and power. Society is unraveling and violent crime is on the rise.

You play as a caregiver whose job is to keep the neglected elders alive for one night. The only problem: there aren't enough supplies for everyone.

How many of them will still be alive when the sun rises?

Welcome to Den-Den: Tokyo Horror. There is no happy ending to this story.

Features:

• Events unfold in real-time, with the game taking place over a single 8-hour work shift.
• Each hour that passes, the city falls further into chaos. Time is always moving forward and every choice you make has a consequence.
• Manage your limited supplies while scavenging the city for whatever you can find in order to survive another hour.
• Turn your trash into treasure by using recycling machines scattered around the city.
• Enter into the nightmarish senior living facilities located around the city to care for the neglected elders you're responsible for.
• Collect and equip powerful charms that grant supernatural blessings.
• Fight or flee using improvised weapons such as kitchen knives, tasers, black-market pistols, and much more.
• Your actions have permanent consequences. Every character in the game can die because of you.
