As usual, the livestream was a fluff-free, 45-minute-long festival of trailers. Below, we’ve corralled the games that you can find on the Epic Games Store. 

Outward 2, the deliberately difficult action-survival RPG from developer Nine Dots Studio, will arrive on the Epic Games Store Feb. 8, 2027 with an early access release. 

Today’s trailer was all about smart survival, braving the elements and using them to your advantage. As the developers describe it, “We designed Outward 2 to be the ultimate simulation of an adventurer’s life. It offers a believable, relatable, and deeply human journey complete with all the hardships that come with it.”

The developers at Hibernian Workshop have partnered with the developers of Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 at Sandfall Interactive to create a free update to Astral Ascent — and it launches today.

The update for the 2D platformer and roguelite will bring Expedition 33’s main cast and bosses like Mimes and Pétank alongside six new summons, three bosses, new Music and three rooms are included in this free update. Today’s trailer put the update in action, with all of its action, explosions, victories, and defeats on pixelated display.

A demo for Hela: of Mice & Magic demo arrived in the Epic Games Store alongside its Triple-iInitiative trailer, and you can download it for free starting today. 

Hela: of Mice & Magic is an open-world adventure about the Kind Witch’s tiny mouse familiars, small acts of kindness, and the beauty of the Swedish wilderness. Today’s demo is designed to introduce players to its core mechanics. Today’s trailer was full of tiny mice exploring gigantic worlds while wearing adorable backpacks.

Brotato: Primal Dread is headed to the Epic Games Store on Nov. 2, 2026, and its debut gameplay trailer showed off the spud-based action. 

In the DLC, Brotao emerges from the depths of the abyss and explores the deadly planet, falling upon a hostile jungle, where enemies are plentiful but so are bullets. The new map includes 20 waves of new enemies, elites, and bosses, new achievements, characters, items, mechanics, music, weapons, and more.

Ashlands, the first major content update for developer Kraken Express’ Windrose, is scheduled for release this winter. 

The Triple-i Initiative trailer was filled with toe-tapping sea shanties and showed off a new biome and a new boss. Windrose is a co-op pirate survival-adventure game with souls-lite combat, naval battles, and base building.

Aftergods, a top-down survival-lite action role-playing game from the Tribes of Midgard developers at Norsfell, arrived during the livestream with a mix of animation, mythology, and action. 

You’ll take on the role of a god who survived Ragnarok. Now, after the end of the world, you’re dedicated to forming a new pantheon of gods and restoring the Seeds of the World Tree. To do that, you’ll need to recruit followers, build temples, and face off against enormous enemies — all of which you can do solo or co-op.

Risk of Rain 2: Hallowed Concepts, the fourth DLC expansion for the rogue-lite survival game, launched today. 

In Hallowed Concepts, you’ll go deeper into the dark, cult-like world of N’Kuhana, fighting through new regions of Petrichor V, facing terrifying new enemies, and uncovering new powers. You’ll face new bosses, new challenges and trials, cast spells, endure hexes, and collect N'tormat Pages. Subnautica’s oceans will arrive in Dave the Diver in early 2027 in a crossover DLC that marks the final DLC for Dave the Diver. 

Dave the Diver is a casual deep-sea exploration that blends adventure, role-playing and simulation with sushi restaurant management. Subnautica is a survival-crafting game that takes place underwater on a strange, beautiful, and deadly alien world. The DLC looks exactly like what you’d get if you took Subnautica’s deadly neon world and transported it into Dave’s pixelated world.

Canyons, the third-person shooter from the developers at RedRuins Softworks, is slated for a November 2027 release, according to its Triple-i Initiative trailer. 

The 1-4 player co-op PvE shooter takes place in a procedurally generated world filled with deadly eldritch horrors like tombstones and caskets controlled by demonic beings using them for offense and defense. You’ll face off against the supernatural Awakened, use Blood Pacts so you can wield their abilities, explore hostile canyons while aboard gigantic Crawlers, build your settlement, all while keeping your crew alive.
