I'm a new player. What resources are there for me to get started?

There are several resources that help you find your way around Albion, both in and outside of the game. Within the game, the /help channel is a good place to ask specific questions. Does the game cost anything to play?

No, Albion Online is entirely free to download and play!

Can I link an existing account to Epic?

There is no way to link an existing Albion Online account to Epic. If you wish to play via Epic, you will have to create a brand-new account via the Epic Store.

Are there items (such as additional content, offers or currency) for sale that are used in the gameplay of your product?

Yes, in the ingame store you can purchase Premium time, Gold, and vanity items.

What does Premium get me?

Premium subscriptions can be purchased in both the Albion Online Web Shop and ingame store. Premium status gives numerous progress bonuses, including a boost to Fame earned from all activities, 30 Learning Points per day, and 10,000 Focus Points per day.

What are referral rewards and how do I get them?

Each calendar month is a new Referral Season in Albion Online, during which you can claim valuable rewards for inviting friends to play the game.

A qualified referral is someone who buys 30 days or more of Premium status for the first time after signing up with your referral link. How do I report issues with the game?

You can report a bug in game by typing the following into your chat window: #bug “report”. You will receive confirmation that it has been transmitted to us and we will look into it.
