Community involvement is the core of Iron Offensive. Through our dedicated in-game feedback and voting system, players can directly influence which features are added, removed, or improved. We also host active discussions and polls on our official Discord server, Operators can submit suggestions, participate in contests, and vote on upcoming content. Your feedback doesn't just get heard—it shapes the battlefield.

Can you play offline?

Yes. Iron Offensive features offline-compatible modes, including the campaign and specific training missions. However, please note that an initial internet connection is required to authenticate your Epic Games account and launch the application. Once the initial login is successful, you can access the available offline content.

Are there items (such as additional content, offers or currency) for sale that are used in the gameplay of your product?

Yes, we offer downloadable content (DLC) that introduces new game modes or cosmetic enhancements. These are optional and not required to play the base game.

Can your product be used without making any in-app purchases?

Yes, the base game includes access to the core gameplay experience and features without requiring any additional purchases.

Are in-app purchases refundable?

What payment platform is used to facilitate these purchases? Do you use Epic Games’ platform or a 3rd-party (including your own) payment system?

All transactions and DLC content are processed securely via the Epic Games Store platform. We do not use any 3rd-party payment systems.

Can I get a refund for the KRASNIY-ZAVOD: Operational Credits Pack?

No. The Operational Credits Pack is a Digital Consumable Asset used to authorize your combat contract and activate data persistence within the simulation. Once the credits are spent at the command terminal to remove the 40-minute mission limit and unlock the permanent arsenal, the service is considered fully rendered. In accordance with the War Economy simulation rules and digital store policies, all consumable transactions are final and non-refundable.
