How is blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency used in this product?

Lost Relics is integrated with the Enjin Blockchain (Opens in new tab).

Relics that drop within adventures in Lost Relics are limited in supply, and provably rare because you can view their information on the blockchain, giving players confidence that more items can't be created later.

Players can trade these items in-game or on nft.io, if they would like to. These items all have in-game utility and it's not a requirement to use the blockchain.

What utility does this bring to the product?

Does this product require me to connect an external wallet? What wallets does this product support?

No. Lost Relics utilises Managed Wallets (Opens in new tab) from Enjin Blockchain, which allows the game to manage a wallet automatically on your behalf, for any blockchain items you may have.

You can later choose to transition to a self-custody wallet.

Enjin Wallet (Opens in new tab) is supported on iOS and Android, but any Substrate compatible wallet will work.

Can I use the product without interacting or engaging with blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency?

Yes, there's no requirement to use any of the blockchain features.

What chain does this product use? Is the chain proof-of-work or proof-of-stake?

Lost Relics is integrated with Enjin's Blockchain (Opens in new tab) which is a highly efficient proof-of-stake chain built on the open source Substrate technology (Opens in new tab).

It has very low transaction fees and is built from the ground up for video game items.

Does this product have a marketplace? What can I do with the things that I earn (or purchase)?

Yes, any blockchain items earned by discovering them while adventuring within the game, or cosmetic items such as Outfits and Pets purchased within game, can be traded on our in-game marketplace, or through external marketplaces such as nft.io (Opens in new tab)

All items have utility within the game.

What is included in the full release?

Lost Relics has left Early Access for its full release. The game includes a full character progression system, various game modes, frequent events, and gathering and crafting.

We continue to expand the game with updates informed by our roadmap (Opens in new tab) and feedback from our community on Discord (Opens in new tab).

How often will you be updating the game?

We update the game frequently with new features and content.

Will my progress be saved during updates?

All progress is saved, and if there are any major changes required we compensate through unique items, additional membership time, or similar rewards.

Can I provide feedback and bug reports?

Absolutely! We rely on our player feedback and bug reports and value the discussion and suggestions we've had over time, which have helped shape the game into what it is today!

The best way to provide feedback and report bugs is through our in-game support.

Are there items (such as additional content, offers or currency) for sale that are used in the gameplay of your product?

We sell membership time, outfits (skins), pets and an assortment of other cosmetics in our shop.

Can your product be used without making any in-app purchases?

Absolutely, there is no need to make any in-app purchases.

You can also earn membership by collecting Gold Coins through playing, and trading with other players for Luneri, which can be used to purchase Membership.

Are in-app purchases refundable?

All in-app purchases are final
