If unable to connect, how to resolve?

1. Access the game URL "https://hd1-game.huchihuchi.com↗ (Opens in new tab)" using a web browser. If the IP is displayed, it indicates a successful connection. If unable to access, it might be a network issue or the current network is restricted and not allowed to access.
2. If the web browser access is normal, check the DNS connection status with the following steps:
   1. Press the Win key + R key simultaneously.
   2. Type "cmd" and press Enter.
   3. Type "nslookup hd1-game.huchihuchi.com" and press Enter.
      If there is a request for "UnKnow" timed out, it means DNS resolution failed and you need to manually modify the DNS address.

Here are the steps to modify the DNS address:

1. Open Network and Sharing Center.
2. Open Change adapter settings.
3. Right-click on your network and click Properties. Double-click on Internet Protocol Version 4.
4. Change the Preferred DNS server at the bottom to 114.114.114.114.

If experiencing lagging, screen tearing, etc.

1. Update your graphics card driver.
2. Enable vertical sync and set the screen refresh rate to 60Hz.
3. Update the platform driver corresponding to your brand.
