Language Selection

Mittelland AD supports two languages: English and German. If your OS is set to German, the game will automatically launch in German, otherwise the English version will start. To force the game to launch in a certain language, you can add either "en" or "de" as a launch parameter for the English and German language respectively. Alternatively, you can use the "Start Game in English.bat" and "Spiel auf Deutsch starten.bat" files found in the game directory.

Mittelland AD is the revised version of the 1996 classic Die Fugger 2, featuring improved music, several bug fixes, and freed from all non-historical references to the Fugger family. For the first time, the game also comes with English texts and voiceovers, offering many hours of enjoyment.
