How is blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency used in this product?

Nemixar uses blockchain/NFT technology only for optional digital ownership features related to selected in-game items. Some items, such as avatars, skins, cosmetics, companions, reactions, or other collectible digital items, may be represented as NFTs and can be used inside Nemixar for customization and personalization.

NFTs are not required to access or play the core game. Players can use Nemixar, access the main gameplay features, explore the 3D environments, play games, complete missions, use social features, and participate in the core experience without purchasing, owning, trading, or interacting with NFTs.

Nemixar uses the Ethereum blockchain for its blockchain/NFT features. COINS are an in-game virtual currency used to purchase cosmetic items and are not cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is not required to start playing the game or to access the core gameplay experience.

What utility does this bring to the product?

Can I use the product without interacting or engaging with blockchain, NFT, or cryptocurrency?

Yes. Players can use Nemixar without interacting with blockchain, NFTs, or cryptocurrency.

Players can access the core game experience, explore the 3D environments, play games, complete missions, use social features, and participate in the main gameplay features without purchasing, owning, trading, transferring, or connecting any NFT or cryptocurrency.

Blockchain/NFT features are optional and are only used if a player chooses to interact with selected digital ownership features.

Can NFT items be transferred, traded, or sold?

Selected NFT-based items in Nemixar are minted and managed on Ethereum Layer 1. Depending on the item type and supported functionality, NFT-based items may be transferable to a supported wallet and may be tradable on compatible Ethereum NFT marketplaces.

Non-NFT items, COINS, and standard in-game cosmetic items are used only inside Nemixar and cannot be transferred to an external wallet or traded as cryptocurrency.

NFT transfer, trading, or marketplace interaction is optional and is not required to play the core game.

Does this product require me to connect an external wallet? What wallets does this product support?

No external wallet connection is required to play Nemixar or access the core gameplay experience. Players can access the product directly through the browser or app without connecting a wallet.

Wallet connection is only required if a player chooses to use optional blockchain/NFT features, such as managing, transferring, or interacting with NFT-based items.

Nemixar uses Immutable’s wallet connection system for these optional blockchain/NFT features. Through Immutable, players can connect or create a supported wallet using the wallet options made available by Immutable in the Nemixar integration, including Immutable Passport and other supported wallet providers.

Wallet use is entirely optional and is not necessary for the core gameplay experience.

Are there blockchain transaction fees?

Standard gameplay in Nemixar does not require blockchain transactions or blockchain fees.

If a player chooses to transfer, trade, or interact with NFT-based items on Ethereum Layer 1, blockchain network fees may apply. These fees are determined by the Ethereum network and/or supported third-party services, not by Epic Games.

What chain does this product use? Is the chain proof-of-work or proof-of-stake?

Nemixar uses Ethereum Layer 1 for its NFT/blockchain features. NFTs associated with Nemixar are minted and managed on the Ethereum mainnet.

Ethereum operates using a proof-of-stake consensus mechanism. Immutable may be used as part of the wallet connection flow, but the NFTs themselves are on Ethereum Layer 1.

Does this product have a marketplace? What can I do with the things that I earn/purchase?

Yes. Nemixar includes an internal in-game marketplace/store where players can purchase COINS, Nemixar’s in-game virtual currency, using PayPal through our third-party payment system.

COINS can be used to buy cosmetic items such as avatars, skins, reactions, companions, and other accessories. COINS are not cryptocurrency and are used only inside Nemixar.

Items earned or purchased can be used inside Nemixar for cosmetic customization, personalization, and access to eligible in-game features. Some selected items may be NFT-based and may provide optional digital ownership features. NFT-based items are not required to play the core game.

Are there in-app purchases within the gameplay? How are payments processed?

Yes. Players can purchase COINS, Nemixar’s in-game virtual currency, to buy cosmetic items such as avatars, reactions, skins, companions, and other accessories.

Payments are processed through PayPal using Nemixar’s own third-party payment system. Epic Games’ payment platform is not used for these transactions.

What is included in Early Access?

Early Access includes: 10 avatars, 1 companion, 8 reactions, 2 RC-Nitros, and 4 weapon skins for Duel Arena. Players also get full access to virtual 3D environments such as Cloud City and other digital worlds, 4 + 1 games (for now) playable within the platform, a social dashboard to add friends and chat, daily, weekly, and seasonal missions, a Season Pass with both Free and Premium tracks, and AR mode.

What is the current state of the product?

The game is available on web browser, mobile app, and PC/Mac desktop client. Players can log in, explore, compete, and earn in-game assets.

Will I have access to the product during the entire Early Access phase?

Yes, you will have full access throughout the entire Early Access phase.

Are there items (such as additional content, offers or currency) for sale that are used in the gameplay of your product?

Yes. Players can purchase COINS, Nemixar’s in-game virtual currency, which can be spent in the in-game shop on cosmetic items such as avatars, skins, reactions, companions, and other accessories.

These items are used for cosmetic customization, personalization, and eligible in-game features. They are not required to play the core game and do not provide a competitive gameplay advantage.

Can your product be used without making any in-app purchases?

Yes, the product is fully playable without any in-app purchases.

Are in-app purchases refundable?

Purchases of COINS, virtual currency, consumable digital items, redeemed items, and used in-game items are generally final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Unused virtual currency or unused in-app purchases may be reviewed for refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis according to our Refund Policy.
