Why is Nifty Island in Early Access?

Nifty Island is currently in active development, and we’re opening Early Access for our Open Beta launch through Epic Games. Post-launch, you can expect regular updates packed with features such as new game modes, additional quests and challenges, enhanced social experiences, and more! We'll also be expanding to more international servers.

How do I get access to Nifty Island?

We're gearing up for our Open Beta launch in December. You can access our downloadable game client either on our official website or through Early Access on the Epic Games Store. Don't forget to wishlist our game so you can be among the first to download and start exploring Nifty Island!

How much does Nifty Island cost?

Nifty Island is free to play! There's no need to make any purchase to enjoy the game. Everyone is granted their own island entirely free of charge. It’s more than just a plot of virtual land; it’s an invitation — a blank canvas urging you to build, innovate, and lay down the foundations of your home in the metaverse.

Does Nifty Island support blockchain/NFTs?

Absolutely! Nifty Island is a web3-native gaming platform. However, using blockchain or NFTs is completely optional; we don’t impose these features on any player. Players can choose to connect their cryptocurrency wallets to play as their NFT avatars, build with their owned NFTs, or mint new NFTs on the Nifty Island Marketplace to share with others.

We utilize blockchain technology to provide players with proof of verifiable ownership and transaction history. This ensures players have greater control over their creations, earnings, and purchases. This also empowers players to manage their inventory and, if they wish, sell or trade digital collectibles on the Nifty Island Marketplace.

How are you planning on involving the community in your development process?

We're actively engaged with our Discord community, which has over 24k members and counting! We encourage players to ask questions, provide feedback, and participate in live community events where we distribute valuable prizes. Some of our events include:
