Nightfare is an endless night-time driving game. You drive a heavy long-haul coach through dense highway traffic, flat out, with a bus full of passengers. You never see them. You hear them cheer on every near miss and scream on every crash.

Pick people up, get them to their stop alive, and drive further than last time. The traffic gets thicker, and every stop asks how greedy you dare to be.

Fast, heavy, physical

The bus is quicker than the traffic from the very first shift, and you always feel its weight. The tyres grip up to a limit and then slide. The body leans, dives and bounces. Braking is long and lane changes are a commitment. It's a traffic-weaving game where every gap is a decision.

Every passenger is a bet

Your passengers are your health, your income and your audience.

• Near misses, jumps and clean, reckless driving earn rep. The more people aboard, the more each move is worth.
• Hitting cars or the roadside throws passengers off. The harder the hit, the more you lose.
• The shift ends when the last passenger is gone.

Stop or skip

Every stretch of road ends at a bus stop. Drive into the glowing stop box and the bus parks itself. Passengers pay their fare, new ones board, you pick 1 of 3 bonuses and choose your next stop.

Or skip it. Your combo stays alive and an express bonus stacks up, but nobody gets off, nobody pays, and your horn charges don't refill.

A different road every night

• Procedural highways through four environments: City Outskirts, Industrial Docks, Coastal Road and Desert / Forest Highway.
• Each shift has its own city, with a skyline that slides past for kilometres.
• Stunt ramps, car-carrier trucks and unfinished overpasses to jump.
• A horn blast that sends the cars ahead flying off the road when you need a way out.
• A daily road: the same seed for everyone on the same date, with best distance and streak tracking. Fully offline.

• 4 buses, from the 10-seat Minicoach to the 200-seat Mega Double-Decker.
• Performance parts and 3 body kits per bus.
• Paints, decals, horns, lights, neon underglow and LED sign colours, including eight themed sets.
• 100 rep levels and 50 driver challenges, each with its own cosmetic reward.
