Project Smile

ABOUT PROJECT SMILE

Project Smile is a narrative driven psychological horror experience that drags you into the dark corridors of The Haven Institution. A place built not to heal, but to break. Your mind is the battleground and your sanity the price. Every choice you make echoes across twisted timelines and feeds the malevolence that festers behind every locked door.

Crafted by a team obsessed with psychological horror and disturbing realism, Project Smile fuses narrative intensity with spine splitting atmosphere. You won't just play the game. You’ll feel every surgical incision, every whispered command, every moment your grip on reality slips.

A DESCENT INTO INSANITY

At The Haven Institution, therapy is torture. You're a patient against your will, stripped of identity and injected into an experiment gone violently wrong. Surveillance eyes watch your every move. Resistance is punished. Escape is a myth. The Crimson Insurgency ensures that.

Every room bleeds with the cries of those who came before you. Can you survive long enough to uncover the truth or will you be just another smile on their wall?

IMMERSIVE PSYCHOLOGICAL TERROR & SOUND DESIGN

Project Smile doesn’t rely on cheap jump scares. It breaks you from the inside out. Reality twists. Time fractures. The screams feel like they’re coming from inside your skull thanks to spatial and binaural audio that claws at your mind.

From the soft hum of fluorescent lights to the manic whispers in the walls, every sound is engineered to rattle your nerves. Headphones aren't just recommended. They're required.

TRUST NO ONE. NOT EVEN YOURSELF.

Inside Haven, no one is innocent. Patients whisper secrets behind padded walls. Doctors blur the line between treatment and torment. Every soul plays a role in a horrific play choreographed by unseen hands.

You’re not here to get better. You’re here to understand why you never will.
