What is Quantum Frame?

Quantum Frame is a free-to-play, third-person sci-fi multiplayer shooter from CyberCrew Studios. Fight as a Cyberframe, build your loadout, and customize your character with weapons, attachments, and equipment, including items unlocked through supported digital-asset ownership.

What platforms does Quantum Frame support?

Quantum Frame is launching on Windows PC through the Epic Games Store. Future plans include consoles and mobile.

Is Quantum Frame free to play?

Yes. The base game is free to play. Certain characters, equipment, attachments, and customization options require ownership of eligible digital assets, which may be purchased separately.

What game modes does Quantum Frame include?

Quantum Frame features Free-for-All, Team Deathmatch, and Domination.
In Free-for-All, every player competes individually. Team Deathmatch pits two teams against each other. In Domination, teams fight to capture and hold control points.

Can I play with friends?

Yes. Quantum Frame supports online multiplayer, allowing you to join matches and play with other players.

What is a Cyberframe?

A Cyberframe is the physical character you control. Within the world of Quantum Frame, a Quantum Soul inhabits a cybernetic body to interact with the world and fight.

How does character customization work?

You can select from the characters and equipment available to your account and assemble your loadout. Eligible asset ownership can unlock additional characters, attachments, weapons, and customization options.
Availability depends on the specific item and its support in Quantum Frame.

What are token-gated items?

Token-gated items are in-game options that require ownership of a specific supported digital asset.
When you link a wallet and its eligible holdings are verified, Quantum Frame can make the corresponding items available to your account. Owning an unrelated token or NFT does not automatically unlock content.

Do I need a wallet, NFT, or cryptocurrency to play?

No. You can play Quantum Frame without connecting a blockchain wallet or purchasing digital assets.
Wallet linking is optional and is used to access content associated with eligible assets you own.

Does every CyberCrew asset work in Quantum Frame?

Not automatically. Support is specific to each asset and its associated in-game content.
Check official CyberCrew information for the asset’s supported uses. Ownership of an asset should not be interpreted as a promise that every CyberCrew product supports it or that it unlocks every item shown alongside it.

How do I access items associated with my assets?

Use the account and wallet-linking instructions provided through CyberCrew’s official website. Connect the wallet holding your eligible assets and complete the verification process.
Your linked game account can then receive access to supported content associated with those holdings.

Can I link more than one wallet?

Yes. You can associate multiple verified wallets with one player account. Each wallet must complete its own ownership-verification process.

Does connecting my wallet transfer my assets to CyberCrew?

No. Wallet linking associates a verified wallet with your account. It is not a purchase or an asset-transfer process, and it does not send your Digital Assets to CyberCrew.
Never provide a wallet’s recovery phrase or private key to link an account or obtain support.

What happens if I sell or transfer an asset?

Access to ownership-gated content depends on current eligible ownership. After an ownership change is detected and verified, the previous holder may lose access to the associated content, and the new holder may become eligible to unlock it.
Transferring an asset does not transfer your Epic Games account or your entire player profile.

Will assets appear immediately after I acquire them?

Ownership changes may take time to appear because transactions, ownership providers, and game services must update.
If an eligible item is missing, confirm that it is held in a linked wallet, that the transaction has completed, and that the specific asset is supported. Contact CyberCrew support if the issue continues.

Is all game data stored on the blockchain?

No. Blockchain ownership and game data are separate.
Supported tokens have ownership records on their respective networks. In-game access, customization, and other game systems also depend on CyberCrew’s software and services. Owning a token does not mean every associated statistic or game feature is stored on-chain.

Can I buy or sell supported assets?

Supported assets may be available through external marketplaces. Availability, network support, fees, and transaction terms depend on the asset and marketplace.
Quantum Frame does not guarantee an asset’s resale value or that a buyer will be available. Use official CyberCrew links to identify supported collections.

Does Quantum Frame have a story?

Yes. Its setting follows the collapse of the Quantum Transfer Project and the emergence of Quantum Souls.
The launch focus is multiplayer combat. The game’s lore provides the setting for its characters and environments; it should not be interpreted as a promise of a complete story campaign at launch.

What does Early Access mean for Quantum Frame?

Quantum Frame is still being developed. During Early Access, players should expect updates, balance changes, bug fixes, and changes to existing systems.
Future features and release timing will be announced through official channels. Features discussed as future plans are not necessarily included in the current build.

Will Quantum Frame receive updates?

Yes. Development will continue with fixes, improvements, and additional content. Follow official announcements and patch notes for confirmed changes and availability.

Where can I purchase supported digital assets?

Supported Quantum Frame assets are available through third-party marketplaces. Visit CyberCrew’s official website for collection and marketplace links.
Before purchasing, confirm that the specific asset is supported in Quantum Frame and which content it unlocks. Not every item on a listed marketplace is compatible with the game.
Purchasing digital assets is optional. You do not need a wallet or NFT to play Quantum Frame.

Where can I report bugs or share feedback?

Use CyberCrew’s official community and support channels linked from the website and Epic Games Store page.
For bug reports, include what happened, steps to reproduce it, your game version, and relevant system specifications. Screenshots or short recordings can help the team investigate.

How does Quantum Frame use blockchain technology?

Quantum Frame uses NFT ownership verification to unlock supported optional characters, customization items, and equipment, including certain weapon attachments.
Eligible players can link their Epic identity to CyberCrew Arcade and verify a supported wallet there. Arcade checks eligible holdings and supplies unlock permissions to Quantum Frame. Matches and ordinary gameplay run outside the blockchain.

What benefits does this provide to players?

Owners of supported digital assets can use the associated content in Quantum Frame after verification. The content available depends on the specific asset and its current game integration.
Owning an NFT does not automatically unlock every item, and an asset supported by another CyberCrew product is not necessarily supported in Quantum Frame.

Is a wallet required, and which wallets are compatible?

A wallet is not required to play the base game.
To access supported NFT-linked content, eligible adults must link their Epic identity to CyberCrew Arcade and verify an external wallet. Arcade supports MetaMask and compatible browser wallets. Additional wallet options may be available through the website’s connection interface.
Wallet linking takes place through Arcade, which is restricted to adults aged 18 or older. Quantum Frame does not ask players to provide private keys or recovery phrases.

Can I play without using NFTs or cryptocurrency?

Yes. You can play the available game modes and use the included starter content without connecting a wallet, owning an NFT, or purchasing cryptocurrency.
Optional content that requires verified NFT ownership remains locked unless its requirements are met.

Which networks are supported, and how are they secured?

The current integration supports eligible assets on Ethereum Mainnet and Robinhood Chain, but we will be expanding available networks.
Ethereum uses proof of stake. Robinhood Chain is an Ethereum Layer 2 network built using Arbitrum technology; it uses Ethereum for settlement and data availability rather than operating as a separate proof-of-work mining network.
Support applies to specific approved collections and assets, not every NFT on either network.

Is there a marketplace, and can items be traded?

Quantum Frame does not currently include an in-game NFT marketplace or player-to-player trading system.
Supported NFTs acquired outside the game may unlock associated content after ownership verification. Any external resale or transfer depends on the asset, network, and marketplace involved. External marketplaces set their own payment methods, fees, and transaction terms.
In-game unlocks are access permissions, not additional NFTs issued to the player. Selling or transferring an eligible NFT can remove the associated access when ownership is rechecked. Quantum Frame does not guarantee resale value, buyers, or financial returns.

Can players make purchases during gameplay, and who processes payments?

The current Quantum Frame release does not include an in-game checkout. The base game is free to play.
Players may separately acquire eligible digital assets outside the game. Those transactions are processed through the relevant external marketplace or service, using its supported payment methods. Marketplace charges and blockchain transaction fees may apply. These transactions are not processed through Quantum Frame’s gameplay or Epic’s in-game purchasing system.

What is included in Early Access?

Early Access includes Quantum Frame’s current multiplayer arena combat, with Free-for-All, Team Deathmatch, and Domination, the available maps, AI opponents, weapon loadouts, and character customization.
The game includes starter content that does not require NFT ownership. Supported additional characters, customization items, and equipment can be unlocked through optional verified ownership and Arcade linking.
The current release focuses on arena combat. It does not include a completed story campaign.

What is the current state of the product?

Quantum Frame is a playable Early Access game under active development. Its core arena combat, multiplayer modes, loadouts, and customization systems are implemented, but the experience is still being refined.
Players may encounter bugs, performance issues, animation problems, connection interruptions, and changes to balance or interface behavior. Available content and systems may change during development.

Will I have access to the product during the entire Early Access phase?

Yes. Players who obtain Quantum Frame will retain access throughout its Early Access phase, subject to the game’s terms and applicable account restrictions.
Online features depend on service availability, and maintenance, updates, or technical problems may temporarily interrupt play. Installing the latest version may be necessary to continue playing online.

When will Early Access end?

We have not announced a firm date. Development priorities and testing will determine when Quantum Frame is ready to leave Early Access.

How frequently will updates arrive?

Updates will address bugs, performance, balance, and improvements to the game. We are not committing to a fixed update schedule.

Will saved progress survive updates?

We aim to preserve saved player data where practical, but cannot guarantee that every Early Access update will preserve all progress, loadouts, or settings. Changes may require resets or adjustments. We will communicate planned resets where reasonably possible.
