1. What is Rune Seeker?
Rune Seeker is a free-to-play strategy card game with a turn-based format. The Runes function solely as spell cards that utilize and manipulate the power of Heroes and Terrain.
Each match's terrain is generated at random, ensuring that players rarely encounter the same field twice throughout their journeys. With the Rune set in hand, the player's main objective is to manipulate the terrain's power to buff their Heroes (and possibly debuff their opponent's Heroes), ultimately aiming to win the battle.
In other words, Rune Seeker can be referred to as a terrain-focused card game.
2. Can I play the game now and which platforms is Rune Seeker available on?
Yes, the Beta version of the game has been released. Rune Seeker is cross-platform, and now accessible on iOS, Android, MacOS, and Windows.
You can download the game from the Apple Store, Google Play Store, Steam, or our website.
3. What is a Rune and what is it used for?
Runes are stone tablets that crystallize the power of the mighty Ancient Gods. They are essential in battle, allowing for the enchantment or transformation of Heroes and Terrain.
Each Rune consists of two smaller Rune Shards:
Absorption Rune on the left: Used on allied or enemy Heroes to activate attack skills or apply special effects.
Creation Rune on the right: Applied to Terrain tiles to alter their Elemental properties or bestow special effects upon them.

4. How do elements work and affect the world of Rune Seeker?
The Four Elements, including Aqua (Water), Ignis (Fire), Aer (Wind), and Terra (Earth), are fundamental aspects of the world of Rune Seeker. Most objects in the game, including Terrain, Heroes, and Buildings, carry one of these four Elements.
These Elements oppose each other according to the principle: Ignis overcomes Aer, Aer overcomes Terra, Terra overcomes Aqua, and Aqua overcomes Ignis. This contrast brings advantages or disadvantages to all objects in the game, depending on the Element they belong to.
