The Tiktaq'to DLC Pack is playable in the Eye of the Vortex, Mortal Empires (Total War: WARHAMMER II), and Immortal Empires (Total War: WARHAMMER III).

Leading the Lizardmen faction of Tlaqua in both the Eye of the Vortex and Mortal Empires campaigns, Tiktaq’To grants buffs to all Terradon and Ripperdactyl units in his army, enables all Skink heroes to ride Terradon mounts, and all characters under his command gain a 25% bonus to their campaign line-of-sight.

I feel like a broken record saying this is the best Total War game so far, since I've felt that way about each major release since Attila. But it really is true: Creative Assembly's designers are honing their campaign and faction design consistently from game to game, and that progression is clearly on display in Total War Warhammer 2.
