在職涯中，應對各種棘手情況，例如受困的市民、電器火災、易燃液體、油類火災、復燃、閃燃和爆炸。裝備貨真價實的消防工具，例如滅火水帶、鋸子、三叉撬棒、斧頭或滅火器，使用真實重現的消防車和雲梯車。準確運用適當的策略和方式來撲滅大火。每項任務都需要現實中的滅火策略，例如通風以減少火勢蔓延、冷卻過熱的物體、鋸穿障礙物、減少氣流、選擇適合的滅火劑等等。但仍要隨時警戒迫在眉睫的危險徵兆：例如濃煙穿過緊閉的門有可能引發嚴重災情。
不過別擔心：您可以在消防中心學習滅火和適當使用工具的方式，並且這裡同時也是緊急行動的總部。在非任務期間休息放鬆、仔細觀摩大型車隊，包括真實重現的 Rosenbauer 消防車，並選擇下一項勤務。
當求救電話打來時，就以最短路線前往救災來完成工作，一起撲滅火勢並拯救寶貴性命。
