What is included in Early Access?
Concubine Early Access is a playable, content-rich build that already includes the core pillars of the game: a full character creator (face/body sliders and visual customization), companion recruitment and customization (up to 3 companions), core combat with multiple weapon types, exploration with open travel and random instances, Harem base building and decoration, and loot/inventory progression.
What is the current state of the product?
The current Early Access version is stable and fully playable with the main gameplay loop and key systems already implemented. At the same time, it is still in active development: we are continuing to expand content (more instances, bosses, progression and endgame), deepen companion systems and AI behaviors, and improve performance, accessibility, and quality-of-life based on player feedback and playtest results.
Will I have access to the product during the entire Early Access phase?
Yes. If you purchase the game during Early Access, you will be able to play it throughout the entire Early Access period and you will receive all updates up to and including the 1.0 release without needing to buy the game again.
How long is the product in Early Access?
Concubine entered Early Access on October 13, 2025. Our current estimate is to remain in Early Access until our main 1.0 release in Q1 2026. This timeline is an estimate and may shift depending on community feedback and the scope of features we add, but we aim to communicate changes transparently.
How often do you update the product?
We plan regular updates throughout Early Access, including monthly balance and bug-fix patches, plus larger feature/content milestones when ready. We also release hotfixes as needed and share progress through patch notes and developer updates so players can track what changed and why.
Is my progress saved between updates?
Yes. Player progress is saved and is intended to persist between updates. In the rare case that a major system change affects save compatibility, we will communicate it clearly in patch notes and provide guidance.
Will the price change when the product leaves Early Access?
No. We plan to keep the main price the same between Early Access and the full release. Early Access buyers keep access to all updates and the final 1.0 release without being charged again.
Can I provide feedback and bug reports?
Yes. Feedback and bug reports are a core part of why we are in Early Access. Players can report issues and share suggestions through our community channels (Discord) and we run structured feedback threads and playtests. We review reports continuously and prioritize fixes and improvements based on impact and community input.
