What is included in Early Access?

The Early access will have 4 playable characters and one full world, which contains multiple stages, and 16 unique enemies (including bosses). All of this is already implemented. In the full version we plan to include more playable characters and more worlds, and more unique enemies (including bosses).

What is the current state of the product?

We currently have 4 heroes fully implemented in the game, and also 9 enemies with their distinct graphics, lore and gameplay characteristics. The Early Access version, which is coming this year, will have the first complete game world and it will provide a polished experience, and we are only a few months away from releasing it. The production is in progress and the codebase is 95% complete. In the next few months we'll complete the first world, and complete game balancing, bugfixing, polishing and playtesting. For more details on the gameplay features, please refer to the game description.

Will I have access to the product during the entire Early Access phase?

Yes, absolutely!

How are you planning on involving the Community in your development process?

We are planning to have a discord server where players can talk to the devs (us), get their hands on free beta playtests, with the possibility to fill up feedback forms and provide user interviews on what they liked and disliked about the gaming experience.
We'll also have polls for voting features and a lot of giveaways! (Steam free keys, swag, etc.)

Approximately how long will this game be in Early Access?

We plan to get out of Early Access in about six to nine months after the early release. We have completed preproduction and production is half way. As you can see from the game trailer, the pipelines for characters and 3d environments are tested and already delivered 14 units and 6 stages. What we need to do in the future, is to scale up production to more units and stages, and balancing the gameplay stats for a polished experience, plus eventual bigfixes coming from playtests.

Why Early Access?

We are looking to build this game with the feedback of the community. We are gamers, we love games, and we want to show as soon as possible the game that we are making, so that we can gather feedback from other passionate gamers to make it the best possible version of it. Getting the opinion of like-minded individuals will help us shape a gaming experience that achieves our vision of fulfilling the need of a modern beat'em'ups, for all the folks who really love this genre.
