《Astro Bot》、《HELLDIVERS 2》及《Indiana Jones》并列大多数 DICE Awards 提名

以上三款游戏均被提名为年度最佳游戏，此外被提名的还有《小丑牌》与《黑神话：悟空》。
最终获胜者将由业内同行组成的评审团选出，并会在 2 月 13 日通过 IGN 在拉斯维加斯的 Aria Resort 进行现场直播。Kinda Funny Games 的创始人 Greg Miller 以及获奖媒体名人 Stella Chung 将再次联袂担任本次盛会的主持人。
一共有 60 款于 2024 年发布的游戏获得了提名。《Astro Bot》、《HELLDIVERS 2》以及《Indiana Jones and the Great Circle》囊获了最多提名，但《小丑牌》与《地狱之刃II：塞娜的传说》也各获得了五项提名。《1000xRESIST》、《ANIMAL WELL》以及《Batman: Arkham Shadow》则各斩获了四项提名。
此外，第 28 届年度 D.I.C.E. Awards 也将向任天堂美国分部的重要领导人 Don James 颁发终身成就奖。
James 是任天堂美国分部的第一批员工之一，也曾担任过运营执行副总裁。在他在该行业任职的期间，ENTERTAINMENT SOFTWARE ASSOCIATION（娱乐软件协会）、ESRB 评级系统以及 E3 均在他的帮助监督下建立。
