El adorable juego Astro Bot (y sus también adorables creadores, Team Asobi) se llevaron a casa cuatro premios con este juego de plataformas para PlayStation 5 en The Game Awards 2024, incluido el de juego del año.

Balatro y Metaphor: ReFantazio se llevaron tres premios cada uno, mientras que Black Myth: Wukong se hizo con el premio al mejor juego de acción y Frostpunk 2 con el de mejor juego de simulación y estrategia.
