Warhammer Skulls 2025 Announcements Updates Blood Bowl

Blood Bowl 3’s next season adds the Khorne faction

Blood Bowl 3’s next season kicks off on June 10 and adds the Khorne faction. These worshippers of the god of blood and slaughter embrace brutality, with a philosophy that says “Khorne cares not from whence the blood flows, only that it flows.”

Developer Cyanide’s turn-based fantasy (American) football game is an adaptation of the board game of the same name. Players take on the role of coaches directing Warhammer universe factions like Dwarfs, Elves, and Orcs.

Through May 29, 2025, Blood Bowl 3 players can visit the in-game store to get an exclusive Khorne coach for free. There’s also a 60% discount on the game during the sale.
Warhammer Skulls 2025 Announcements Updates Dark Heresy

Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy announced

Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy is a new party-based role-playing game from Owlcat Games, developers of the acclaimed Pathfinder: Kingmaker, Pathfinder: Wrath of the Righteous, and Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader (more below), and publisher of the upcoming Shadow of the Road.

In Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy, players become Inquisition acolytes leading a team of companions against spreading corruption and (as the name suggests) heresy. Like its predecessor, Warhammer 40,000: Dark Heresy features turn-based combat, and player choice will have a significant impact on its narrative-heavy campaign.
Warhammer Skulls 2025 Announcements Updates Mechanicus 2

Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II sees the Leagues of Votann join the party

The big reveal at this week's Skulls event was that Warhammer 40,000: Mechanicus II will feature the Leagues of Votann. Released for the tabletop game at the tail end of 2022, this army of AI-worshipping space dwarves is still relatively new, and Mechanicus II will mark their first major appearance in a video game.

We’ll have more on this announcement tomorrow…
Warhammer Skulls 2025 Announcements Updates Rogue Trader

Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader is getting three more expansions

Lex Imperialis, the second major expansion to Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader, arrives in the Epic Games Store on June 24.

Lex Imperialis adds a 15-hour story, the new Adeptus Arbites faction of enforcers, and what the developers describe as a “grim and relentless” new companion called Solomorne Anthar. The story puts players on a collision course with Imperial Law.

But that’s not all. Rogue Trader’s Season Pass 2 will bundle two new expansions alongside an appearance customization pack. The first of those expansions will let players enter one of Trazyn the Infinite’s Necron vaults, where they’ll challenge ancient guardians and uncover Von Valancius relics. Sometime later, Rogue Trader’s fourth expansion will explore the Processional of the Damned, a “surreal voidship graveyard, in a descent into madness and mystery.” Each new expansion will include about 15 hours of gameplay and include a new companion, mechanics, and quests.

Pre-purchase Warhammer 40,000: Rogue Trader’s Season Pass 2, and you’ll get an exclusive appearance pack with hairstyles and augmetic implants for your Lord Captain, available instantly.

Warhammer Skulls 2025 Announcements Updates Space Marine2

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s free Siege Mode update

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s Siege Mode adds an endless PvE mode to the game. The three-player Siege Mode is set on Kadaku and charges players with defending an Imperial fortress against increasingly deadly waves of Tyranid and Chaos monstrosities. The goals are simple: Hold the line, and stay alive as long as possible. And you’ll get to do that with the new Inferno Pistol weapon, earning prestige rankings as well as new perks and cosmetics like weapon skins.

You can get in early and try Siege Mode by joining Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2’s public test server starting June 4.

On June 26, Space Marine 2’s Patch 8 update will also add two new DLC packs for Gold Edition, Ultra Edition, and Season Pass holders: the White Scars Chapter Pack and the Blood Angels Cosmetic Pack.

The White Scars Chapter Pack includes a new Assault class Champion skin, plus three exclusive weapon skins for the Occulus Bolt Carbine, Stalker Bolt Rifle, and Combat Knife, all inspired by the White Scars. Finally, Successor Chapters get several cosmetic options and heraldry markings.

The Blood Angels Cosmetic Pack takes a different approach, with several armor pieces ready for any class, plus heraldry markings that celebrate eight of the Blood Angels’ Successor Chapters.

Warhammer Skulls 2025 Announcements Updates Battlesector

Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector gets a new campaign and Crusade Mode

Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector’s first campaign DLC, Deeds of the Fallen, is out now, adding 12 missions and three new units: Imagifier, Castigator Battle Tank, and Zephyrim.

The campaign (from developer Futurats) tells the story of a brutal fight between the player-controlled Sisters of Battle and the deadly enemy orcs looking to overrun and destroy the Empire.

Along with the campaign, Warhammer 40,000: Battlesector is also adding a horde-based Crusade Mode along with two free units. In Crusade Mode, players start with a basic army and battle enemy hordes. Success earns them both more fighters and firepower. The Adepta Sororitas faction gets the Dominions unit, while the Ork faction gets the Orks Boyz with Choppas.
